If you read my newsletter form last week, you already know the system that took me from 0 -200k followers and $0 to $4 million in inbound revenue, all off the back of my personal brand.
A quick reminder:
- Monday: Awareness posts to resonate with humans.
- Tuesday: Education to teach something valuable.
- Wednesday: Expertise posts to position yourself as an authority.
- Thursday: Results with a strong CTA to convert.
- Friday: Advocacy posts to build trust.
But if you’re staring at today’s newsletter and thinking, “I still don’t know what to say,” you’re not alone. One of the biggest blocks I see people face is this: They have no idea where to start.
Here’s the truth: you’re already sitting on a goldmine of content—everything is a post. Almost all of the things that you think are obvious or mundane are gold to your ideal audience.
Here’s how to execute:
1. Answer FAQs
Think about the most common questions people ask you in your field. Each question is a piece of content waiting to happen.
Examples:
- “What’s the best way to [solve a problem]?”
- “How did you [achieve a specific result]?”
- “Why does [trending topic] matter in our industry?”
Answer those questions, and you’ve got instant posts that showcase your expertise.
2. Share Lessons from Your Journey
Your experiences are unique—and they’re what make you relatable.
Examples:
- A challenge you faced and how you overcame it.
- A mistake you made and what you learned.
- A decision you’re proud of and why it mattered.
People love a good story, especially when there’s a takeaway they can apply to their own lives.
3. Post Opinions That Spark Conversation
Have a hot take on a trending topic? Share it.
Examples:
- “Here’s why [popular trend] is actually harmful to businesses.”
- “Everyone is talking about [topic], but no one is addressing [key issue].”
Thought-provoking posts drive engagement and position you as someone with ideas worth paying attention to.
4. Showcase Results
People love results—and they’re your best proof of credibility.
Examples:
- “Here’s how I [achieved a specific result], and how you can too.”
- “This [strategy/tactic] helped me generate [result]. Want to know more?”
The key is to share wins in a way that’s valuable to your audience, not just self-promotional.
5. Document, Don’t Create
Feel like you’ve got nothing to say? Just document what you’re already doing.
Examples:
- A behind-the-scenes look at a project you’re working on.
- A thought or idea you had during a meeting.
- A quote from a book, podcast, or conversation that inspired you.
Sometimes, the best posts come from simply sharing your day-to-day experiences.
Posting content isn’t difficult, but it’s really hard to create it if you’re not inspired to do so.
In my opinion 😉
Hope this helped!
